cannot load activity tabs

How do I start a funnel? I am not seeing the add funnel function pls. 

@Kerri Leathers Izunagbara @Monisha Perkash quick question: can you confirm that we're only able to invest in U.S. companies? We're looking at a company based in Canada, but realize this may be impossible...
